What am I thinking
Keep doing what you having been doing all this time. Hard work definitely pays off. Use the power of imagination and you will accomplish whatever it is you are looking to achieve in life. Imagination is the most important feature of the human brain and that accomplish anything within itself.
Plan your everyday life to be as productive as possible. Don’t waste a minute of your lifetime on the things that you know they don’t worth for. Help others and pay attention to the details of life. Imagine the big picture and little details and you get a sense of what comes next. If you have ideas that you think you can change the world, write down your ideas, even if they don’t make sense. Maybe when you comeback to them once more. They usually sound different. You can fill out the gap as you progress in life. Everyday is the day that you can achieve a lot. That’s why impossible is nothing. Don’t pay any attention to others say you can or cannot do. Almost anything is possible if you can imagine it in your mind. Try your best and you will definitely get your shot at what you want. Even if you don’t get to what you want, you are satisfied within yourself since you gave a try. Probably what I am writing right now might not make sense since it s almost 1 in the morning. But I know that I will get back to it later on and revise it when the right time comes.
Financials things to know for people around my age. (24)
I guarantee it if you work hard enough, you can make it there. It might take long but if that’s what it takes, so be it. If you have the big dreams of coming out as their graduate and make a change in the world, that is the path that you should take. It is certainly possible to get in there with pushing yourself to the “limit”, which I really don’t believe in. start analyzing the things you do and you will soon get your shot. Computer science could help you post your ideas, look into hierchies withing the social layer of the society. You never know who will be reading your blog, if the content is good, people will defiantly respond, if they don’t, you make it better than it is. Try to be a 3D person, as you always have been. Sometimes As work for Cs too. Forget the value judgment people put on things. Forget the money and the things it can buy. It could serve your dreams for a little bit. But essentially, it will be something that will not bring you happiness in the long run. Use the money to explore the talents within others. Everyone deserve a chance. Don’t discriminate. They might know something that you might have missed, so it can be a reminder. It can also increase the power of connectivity.
Forget prestige, money and power. Speak from your heart and you will achieve. It will be just matter of time and things will be straighten out. Don’t believe in what people say until you have tried it and understood it for yourself. Remember the keywords that can help you maintain that connection. FOCUS. Narrow the ideas down as much as possible.
Tonight I have satisfied one person after one year of work on my blog. At least out of the two hundred hit profile, one person has took the time to comment on my blog.
I have to work harder than the other people to make up for the lost years. I have played around during my college years and I have paid for it big time. I need to pay more attention to what I do best and that is to capture the significant moment in my head. Analyze and break it down to the details and start developing the sense of how can I make it relevant to what I do on daily basis.Talk is definitely cheap and should be avoided at all times. Instead I should be taking more time to write as much as possible. Thanks to my English instructor, I have gained a lot of tool and skills within the past three and half months. 5/21/09 3:08:16 AM I had previously thought of revising, but I think I am going to change my mind. I will keep free-writing as much as I can. I think by brainstorming, I can get my ideas out of my head and feel much more relaxed. At this point, I am thinking about many things in career life. I am thinking about going to UCB for mastering UNIX/Linux so I can continue well above the average in the field of bioinformatics.
Common wealth club meeting,
I am glad I attended the panel meeting discussion on an interesting subject like genetics and genome. I got to see my previous genetics instructor and talk to him about mixing up my bio degree with computer sciences. Scott is a sharp dude with few masters from UMatt and UCB and has screwed a lot of people at san Francisco state. I have to say that I have learned a lot from him and I thank him for being such a jerk (JK). I also networked with a outstanding student who soon will be starting a MD-Ph.D. program at Stanford.
My visit to Stanford today changed a lot of things. Totally fell in love with the place. I visited the Rodin’s garden, and visited the gates of hell. the gate was amazing in design and structure. I will be posting some of the pictures I took with my friend Arash.
Thanks to Arash for Coming down with me to Stanford
